Normal Practice- A relaxed practice to help warm the s up. Freedoms- you can talk as long as you spin.
Focus Practice- Starts when the captain announces a “Focus practice or “Its time to focus". Defined as a strict practice involving push-ups. You get 5 push-ups every time you: Goof off, are late returning from a break, talk off topic, and take too long to pick up after a toss.
Lock Down Practice- Very focused, at attention, to talking w/o raising hand. 5 push-ups will be given as needed to keep the person focused.
Perfection round- A person will focus on the 5 points of a toss and whenever a point is missed the person gets one push-up. The person will add up the push-ups and do them at the end of the round. Captain can also choose to only focus on one or two points at a time to lessen the push-ups. 5 points- 1- Start solid, 2- end solid, 3- catch toss, 4- free hands, 5-feet position.
Spin Circle- Group stands in a circle and spins right or left spins. The group counts around the circle, one at a time, 8 counts per person.
Spin Circle Start-over- Same as spin circle but whenever someone drops the group starts over until they make a complete circle.
Sudden - The group will stand in a line and all toss at the same time. If a person drops their toss they are eliminated from the sudden round and moves out of the line to watch. The last standing is named the Champion of that toss. They also get a prize such as a candy bar.
